FAQ
Q: Where can I buy parts for my vintage
Mercedes-Benz? A: Through our Mercedes-Benz Catalogue System
we are able to track and locate thousands of parts as far back as
the 1946 model year. To inquire about a part, please visit our
Parts/Accessories page.
Q: What should I take with me when I bring my
vehicle in for service? A: Your service advisor will ask you
for your service booklet, which contains your vehicle's regular
service schedule. They will update your service booklet after each
visit.
Q: Do I need to use genuine Mercedes-Benz parts
when servicing my Mercedes-Benz vehicle? A: We highly
recommend using only genuine Mercedes-Benz parts. Non-genuine parts
could damage your vehicle or compromise its safety or durability.
Your Mercedes-Benz Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by
non-genuine Mercedes-Benz parts.
Q: I recently had a flat tire and had to change
over to my spare tire. Is my spare tire the same as the rest of my
tires? A: You can only use your spare tire temporarily – for
less than 12,000 miles. If you use it for more than 12,000 miles you
risk wheel rim failure, which could lead to accidents and possible
injury.
