The German automaker made available new information on its G 500 4×4² that was previewed this week. The auto has some similar features with G63 AMG 6×6, including its front bumper, flares made of carbon fiber, and a LED light bar mounted on the car’s roof. Besides, this concept is equipped with underbody guards made of stainless steel, 22-inch wheels, and an exhaust that exits on the car’s side.
While interior images were not delivered, Mercedes has informed that inside the car there will be leather seats.
The concept promises to become one of the most interesting among Mercedes Benz of Houston models because it will have an engine with 4000 cubic cm capacity, eight cylinders, and the power 416 hp. Not much information on the concept’s specs was released, but the automaker said the vehicle will meet the emission standard Euro 6.
As for the other information on the concept, the automaker reported that the concept will have a returned suspension along with portal axles. The suspension also has two spring/damper struts per each wheel. One of those struts has conventional dumper characteristics and the other one is electronically controlled.
